Job Scope (but not limited to):

- 70% of the time using Telegram/Whatsapp bot to handle user and real-time customer text enquiries online (Your personal number or name will never be revealed or shown)

- 30% of the time using laptop to perform operational and customer support administrative tasks

- Following up via email with Company's support system on mobile or laptop

- Using Company's canned template responses to respond to customers

- Directing complex enquiries to the management team

- Coordinating and communicating with technical support team for user and customer related issues

- Following up via email with users and customers on reported issues

- Helping users to troubleshoot their issues

- Adding new question and answers to the company's online helpdesk system

- Creating video and text usage guides of online products for customers and internal team members

Job Requirements:

- Fluent in writing in English, Bahasa Indonesia

- Must be willing to answer customer text queries during weekends (on mobile phone)

- Able to speak and communicate in English language

- Access to a functional laptop and familiar with doing work on the laptop

- Access to a smart phone with Whatsapp/Telegram

- Access to stable internet connection

- Must possess Problem-solving skills

- Must be People-oriented

- Knowledge in customer support

- Knowledge in organization and administration

- Positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Holistic view on consumer behaviour and psychology

- Comfortable to work independently

- Able to work under pressure with deadlines

- Have strong critical thinking skills

- Be comfortable in taking initiative and being accountable for your work
